There is not much difference between woven patches and embroidered patches in appearance, but there is a big difference in the process of making them.
Woven patch: It refers to the cloth label on the clothes and pants, including the text, letters, LOGO pattern. Woven patches are made by loom.Through fixed warp yarn, weft yarn to express text, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional logo, color combination and so on, with high-end, firm, bright lines, soft feel, etc
Embroidery patch: It refers to the LOGO or pattern is embroidered on the cloth through the computer through the embroidery machine, and then a series of cutting and modification of the cloth, and finally made together with embroidery cloth patch, namely embroidery badge or embroidery patch.
Both of these are cloth badges, which are most widely used in a variety of casual clothing, hats (cap badges), epaulets (shoulder badges) and so on. Since they are customized styles, they are customized according to the customers’ logos or drawings. In fact, to put it simply, the woven mark is directly woven by the machine, and the embroidery mark is embroidered on the cloth. The feel differs from person to person. The feel of the embroidery badge is that it has a three-dimensional sense when it touches, and the woven mark is a simple plane, and the concave and convex sense is not so obvious. It is difficult to distinguish visually, but it can be clearly seen from the process of weaving techniques.
